There is an Amnesty in force that enables taxpayers to tell them about these properties. You will pay the tax, interest and a small penalty. If they find out you have a property that you have not declared, the penalty could be as high as 100% of the tax due.
Our Complaints Procedure
If you feel that we have not provided a professional service to you, our complaint procedures are that you first contact Ram Panesar to address your concern.
If you feel that we still have not resolved the issue/concern or you feel that we have fallen well below the standard expected, then as members of the ACCA, you can address your concern to them and they will help you to resolve matters. This is the reason why it is important to always use a Chartered Certified Accountant. You should ensure that such option is available when you engage any other accountant, if we cannot meet your needs.
