Jays is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a user of our online services. It is our policy to respect the privacy of private communication. The information you provide to us will be held on Jays computers that are based in the UK. We collect information about our users in order to help us continually improve the service we offer and so that we can enter into commercial arrangements, including the sale of advertising space. Jays will always adhere to the UK Data Protection Legislation. This Privacy Policy only relates to the Jays service and does not extend to your use of the Internet outside of the Jays site.

What data do we collect?

We will collect personal data as provided to us during the registration or subscription process, which you agree to supply us as accurate. We do not monitor your use of the Internet but we do use cookie technology to monitor your use of the Jays service. This information is not stored alongside your personal data and will only be used on an anonymous, aggregated basis. We may hold personal data relating to the documents and forms downloaded in order to maintain and improve the service we offer.

What do we do with it?

We may use personal information about you to build up a profile of your interests and preferences.

Srinder and Ram has been extremely helpful in sorting out our accounts (big mess) for my company due to the last accountants we had. Very nice people to deal with and make you feel at ease. After years of trying to do my 'small business' accounts myself, having no formal accounts skills or qualifications, I decided to seek professional help via Jays Accountants. I should have done it years ago! They are so very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable and have already given me plenty of great advice to make the running of my business smoother and therefore, more effective, costs and logistically. I feel a great sense of relief having them only an email or call away, to sort something quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad I have them on board. As for cost, its very economical and not as much as you might think! Yes, I have to pay a little more now to have them but they are worth every penny to me. My accounts are correct and up to date. No more working to the wee hours to get my tax return in on time! That in itself is worth every penny! If you're thinking about getting an accountant or changing, call Jays. You be SO GLAD you did! I am! I'll never look back.
